Why publish pricing? We believe in transparent, developer-friendly purchasing. No gatekeepers, no hidden fees.
What counts as a transfer? One transfer = one file movement from source to destination, regardless of file size.
Can I upgrade/downgrade? Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I exceed my transfer limit? We'll notify you at 80% and 100%. You can upgrade or purchase additional transfers.
Do you offer free trials? Design partners get free access. Post-launch, we offer a 14-day trial with 100 transfers.
What payment methods? Credit card (Starter, Pro) and invoice (Enterprise).
